Enabling consumerism is more important than ever. Yet options for assessing progress toward a consumer-centric financial experience are limited or non-existent. During this event, HFMA will introduce the Consumerism Maturity Model. Sessions will focus on how you can improve performance across the four dimensions of the model, including Consumer Interaction, Quality and Accuracy, Consumer Expertise, and Measurement. We'll tackle these sessions from two different perspectives: the strategic and leadership track and the operational track.
