This new interdisciplinary World Cup seminar brings together economic, technical and legal perspectives from experienced practitioners of legal advice, financial supervision and leading scientists to explore the framework for successful economic activity in the new technology-based environment. In particular, it will analyze whether the existing legal framework for the FinTech world is already able to offer appropriate solutions today and what adjustments may be necessary to launch investment products and to be able to control transactions in a legally secure manner. Another focus is on Robo Advice and Data-Oriented, Computable and Smart Contracts (Binding Effect, Disability Law - "Unmutable" and "Unoppoppable" Contracts, Identity, KYC / AML and Crypto Exchanges).
