This is the only Risk Management seminar specifically dedicated to Risk Management professionals and practitioners involved in Transit Risk Management. The seminar includes sessions on issues that transit Risk Managers, claims and safety professionals face on a daily basis. Topics chosen in the past have included reducing at-risk passenger behaviors related to violence and dangerous acts, insurance market analysis and trends, ADA/Legal updates, mitigating pedestrian accidents, understanding various lines of insurance business, lawsuit mediation and realization of tangible savings through cost-effective technology and equipment. The session will also include a round-table to discuss the most relevant problems and issues in the profession today.
