The roundtable focuses on the impacts climate change and the impact on financial institutions business practice and risk management including concentrating on the underwriting side of the balance sheet. Discussion will include financial institutions core risk management expertise and how could it be better applied to manage the risks to which the institutions are exposed on the asset side of their balance sheet as a result of the transition and physical impacts of climate change. Additionally, what are financial institutions governance and compliance functions role performing with their internal policy and what reporting and disclosure requirements are being provided for transparency purposes.
