The world recognizes the need for renewable natural gas and sustainable aircraft fuels, and these fields are booming. Their recognized environmental benefits are being backed by an unprecedented US government commitment to low-carbon biofuels via new tax credits in last year’s IRA. The IEA projects an 18-fold growth in renewable natural gas (RNG) production by 2040, and industry sources project a 50% expansion in the next two years. IATA projects an expansion of SAF annual production from the current 125 million liters to 5 billion by 2025. These exponential growth curves and the enormous business opportunities they entail, however, will only be available to those able to mobilize billions of dollars of capital for the production, transportation and marketing of these fuels.
To facilitate the flow of this capital into expanding these renewable fuel industries, Infocast has organized this first annual events to bring together equity investors, debt providers, project development platforms, raw material resource owners, offtakers and the rest of the participants necessary to creating successful this projects. Only those armed with the best understanding of the needs, risk appetites, and perspectives of all the key players in the business, as well as the latest analytic data, will be able to put forth the best strategies to profitably drive the massive buildout of this.
It will provide a unique forum to discuss the road ahead, the challenges and the business opportunities involved in scaling up these critical sectors. The program will provide an in-depth analysis by leading participants and experts of the new incentive structures of the IRA and how leading-edge projects are being structured to maximize these new revenue streams.
