The World Cup seminar teaches basics and an overview of the latest developments in the law of financial instruments. In the civil law section, among other things, the current supreme court case law and the judicature of the higher courts are presented. When considering supervisory law, the focus is on the changes introduced by MiFID II and PRIIP-VO. A seminar designed to deepen and refresh one's own knowledge as well as trends in jurisprudence and new developments in legislation on the law of financial instruments.
