The digital ecosystem in which retailers and brands operate is increasingly complex. To stay relevant and competitive in a digital world, organisations need to be agile, data-driven, and wholly embrace a digital culture. However, it remains a challenge to balance the new industry norm of data-based decision making with legacy systems and traditional mindsets.
