The Covid has changed our pace, but the real estate sector continues waiting to be the engine of the recovery .

Meanwhile, the last few months leave some good news: the commitment to residential rental , the greater awareness of the administrations to overcome bureaucratic obstacles, the reaffirmation of real estate as a refuge value , the acceleration of innovation processes , specialization or promotion development of urban projects after years of stoppage.

Still , even with European aid , it will take years to regain pre-pandemic activity and employment, and it will be even more important to monitor financial and funding prospects to structure portfolios and make investment decisions starting in 2021.
