We’ll dive deep to an essential part of generating business in SME Banking.
As already a few of the past crisis have taught us, there is a very thin ice between performing SME clients and NPLs. Every banking institution would love to support and serve as many of the SMEs in their market as possible. However, due to many internal and external factors, there must be a certain model in place to prevent the risk of losing that business. Covid-19 pandemic has brought a completely new angle on the old approach and even though many restriction in lending were disappearing, they seem to be back in discussion.
Our aim for this session is to try to find a right balance between protective risk management and progressive SME Lending. Finding the right mix of tools in compliance, processes, products, marketing and sales is essential to set the new direction for SME Finances.
With one of our partner and again a few of you, we’ll try to pencil that route via analysis of qualitative and quantitative research and highlighting the best practices.
