This session will share with the audience options for dispute resolution available, mainly litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as possibly hybrid options, such as Arb-Med-Arb or Med-Arb. It will discuss pros and cons of each of the modes of dispute resolution with the aim of equipping the participants with (a) the knowledge of available options, and (b) the ability to make an informed decision (based on their assessment of the various pros and cons) on which is the most suitable mode.
