In this workshop she will be teaching you to dye fabric using avocado stones (which create a pink effect) or turmeric (which creates a mustard-yellow dye).
To participate in the workshop:
• Please bring a piece of a light-coloured natural (not synthetic) fabric to dye.
• As with any craft that employs paint or dye, there is a risk to your clothes so please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
• Workshop spaces are free but limited, so please sign up on Eventbrite to help us to estimate numbers. If you do not sign up, you may not get a space on the day.
Please be aware that this workshop will use a variety of natural materials which may contain allergens. These include: Soya milk, avocadoes, turmeric, castille soap. If you have any concerns about allergens, please contact us in advance.
