CPA managers, supervisors and auditors encounter diverse experiences wherein their integrity and other values are put to a test. Such situations also reflect on the organization as they represent the agency in every audit engagement or event. In the corporate world as well as in government, there are numerous temptations for a CPA to compromise his moral duty and obligation to the public. This module is designed to instill awareness of right and wrong practices (especially in gray areas) and improve the CPAsâ effectiveness and public image especially in difficult times such as the ongoing pandemic. There is also emphasis on the rewards awaiting those who do good and challenges or even punishment for those who go astray and do not practice the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants. This module highlights salient aspects of the Code of Ethics for CPAs in all sectors (i.e. public practice, academe, commerce and industry, and government)
