Government and industry face significant challenges in hiring the right skilled workforce, encountering a very competitive landscape, where all are vying for similar talent along with pressures to control cost. With this new landscape, government and industry are investing human capital well versed in digitization, robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and new emerging technologies of the future. Everyone is still envisioning that automation will replace certain human tasks but are assuming new roles and career paths will be created to work alongside the new technology. In addition, government and industry alike face decisions to reimagine shifts in workforce and workplaces. With all that said, the workforce ecosystem is changing, the digital economy is unlocking, and thus driving a new generation of workforce.
