The publication of the UK Government’s "Road to Zero" strategy has paved the way for a massive expansion of on- and off-street electric charging, which will involve partnership between central government, the automotive industry, technology companies, local authorities, retailers, hotel chains, corporate landlords, investors and property developers.

City & Financial Global’s UK EV Infrastructure Summit, which is being held on 29th November in London, will focus on the opportunities and challenges involved in establishing a UK-wide charging infrastructure as part of the transition to zero emission vehicles. Hear insightful presentations from, and informed debates among, senior leading industry experts and government representatives on the key topics involved in the roll-out of the required charging infrastructure. The programme will also look at the wider implications for the transportation, infrastructure and energy industries.

• The government’s approach to EV, including more on the Road to Zero Strategy and ‘the next steps towards cleaner road transport and delivering our Industrial Strategy’
• The practicalities involved in delivery, including the effects on the grid, the required infrastructure and the role of the private sector in delivering it
• Technology and innovation challenges
• Disruption: evolving business models for the automotive industry
