In day-to-day life, value is something that generally means something different to every single person. In the retail sector it’s understood as “the benefit that each customer gets by using a product to satisfy their individual needs, minus costs”.
In addition to this, so many successful retail products have a range of different features and corresponding price points – the same product but tweaked to satisfy differing needs and pockets. Fundamentally, the products respond to customer needs.
But is it possible to mirror this approach within pensions and get a genuinely more personalized approach?
In this webinar, our panel of experts will discuss what value really means and how we can make sure that schemes are delivering for members.
It will also debate some of the burning questions around this such as how does consolidation help deliver value for members; whether the market is too focused on winning over employers to the detriment of members; and does lower cost always mean better value.
The webinar will also look at what value technology brings; discuss why member engagement is so important; and question whether forward looking expectations are more important than past performance.
