As the UK’s biggest lender to small business Nat West Cymru supports more than 20,000 businesses throughout Wales with lending totaling more than £1.5bn. The bank supports businesses by doing more than just lending money however and provides front line support to new start-ups and scale-up companies through its Business Growth Enabler team. The event will be run in collaboration with one of the UK’s biggest outsourced communication providers and will focus on practical ways to develop a happy workforce and a productive team of employees.
There will two to three rounds of facilitated networking, followed by informal networking over the buffet.
