Credit Services Association’s (CSA) UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) is the flagship annual event for the collections and debt purchase sector. Open to CSA members and non-members, it brings together professionals from across the collections and wider credit industry to discuss the most pressing issues faced by firms and their customers and stakeholders.
The programme will include high profile keynote presentations on future trends, and breakout sessions on hot topics from people and performance, to regulation and compliance, and commercial and business innovation. The day will be rounded up with a panel debate on new thinking and best practice in customer care post-pandemic.
The event will also feature an interactive exhibition, showcasing the latest industry innovations, and the return of the UKCCC Gala Dinner where the inaugural CSA Awards will be presented in recognition of the dedication and commitment shown by firms, teams, and individuals working in our industry during this challenging and turbulent period.
