Despite the negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, Vietnam’s banking industry has marked outstanding milestones.
This event back as a physical conference, will bring together close to 500 bank executives and industry leaders to discuss models and experiences in developing retail banking services during and after the Covid-19 pandemic of developed countries; analysing the achievements of retail banking in Vietnam; introducing technology solutions to facilitate banks transactions, and offering innovative products and services on the bank’s existing technology platform.

With the theme of The “New Normal” Retail Banking Model – Adaptation, Efficiency, Creativity, Maximising digital advantages, this year’s conference will consist of morning plenary and 2 discussion tracks running concurrently.
