Local Authority pension funds will have to meet new requirements to report on climate change risks in line with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures framework. Councils continue to make strong environmental commitments. Cost transparency compliance is now an established framework for the LGPS. Sustainability is the core link.
Join Caceis at this interactive roundtable to explore the following:
• What are the main challenges in delivering sustainable outcomes? Has pooling delivered the savings expected and generated the returns?
• Should sustainable thinking drive local sustainable development – should the LGPS make place-based investments?
• Just how big a focus is climate?
• What does the future look like for local authority pension funds?
• This session is the ideal opportunity to discuss and share ideas with a small group of your peers
