When the Academy for Institutional Investors (AII) identifies a specific educational need for our allocator members to come together to focus on a particular topic or market sector we will develop and offer an academic focused one-day summit. AII Summits will be limited to 100 attendees (75 asset owners/allocators and 25 managers). Academy Summits will take place at non-traditional creative venues in the Southeast (not your typical conference hotel). Participants can choose to stay at any hotel in the surrounding city where the Summit takes place. AII Summits will be designed around one main theme and sessions will be much more interactive allowing for active allocator participation following each panel discussion. Summit content will begin at 8:00 am and end by 3:30 pm and include a fun networking reception from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm following the program. This will allow participants to fly in and out on the same day and only miss one day out of the office.
