It is well established that an inclusive culture is good for business and boosting the bottom line, yet progress towards equity and diversity within organizations is still slow. We have seen many commitments made, but the reality of building a diverse workforce can be challenging. Those who are responsible for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategies often do not have the same budget or financial investment to take action and drive real change.
Women at the Top Americas is aimed at senior business figures and executives from a variety of sectors, who are keen to engage, learn and share tactics for how they can do better to help enact transformation, innovation and positive change in their businesses. The day will also include networking opportunities, inspiring keynotes and practical workshops to help you to develop your leadership skills.
