The forum will return to London in 2021 at a crucial time for the industry. Established in 2019, the Women in Real Estate Forum has driven forward the discussion around diversity in real estate.

Bringing together institutional investors, fund managers and the surrounding industry, the event provides a platform for men and women of all levels to build their network across alternative asset classes.

This year’s Women in Real Estate Forum, part of the Women in Private Markets Summit will once again be co-located with the Women in Private Equity, Women in Infrastructure and Women in Private Debt Forums. All registered attendees will have access to the four forums, as well as the additional Networking Day.

What Can You Expect At The Women In Real Estate Forum?

1. Unrivalled networking opportunities
This is an event like no other within the asset class for networking. Take part in the discussion and make real lasting connections with industry participants. The agenda is designed to facilitate networking opportunities including speed-networking, investor-only workshop, roundtable discussions, think-tanks, mentoring sessions and much more.

2. Hear the latest trends in real estate
How has real estate performed in the past few months and what are practitioners expecting from the next decade? Whilst sectors such as offices have had a tough couple of years, other parts of the market such as logistics have boomed. As the private real estate market continues to fundamentally change, the forum is the perfect opportunity to discuss how to adjust strategies for the next few years.

3. Investor insights
Get a view across the investor spectrum: foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and public and private pension funds. Understand what matters most to them, how real estate has compared to other strategies in the past year and how to align with them in uncertain times.
