International Medical Corps is a global first responder that delivers emergency medical and related services, as well as training, to those affected by conflict, disaster and disease. Our team includes epidemiologists and public health experts who have worked throughout the international NGO and governmental spectrum, and have experience responding to disasters, aiding in conflict situations and working on outbreaks of infectious disease, including SARS, MERS, measles, influenza, Ebola and COVID-19. We are one of the few NGOs with experts focused on mental health in humanitarian contexts. In addition, we provide a full range of services and training in the areas of emergency response; health services support; family and community health; maternal and infant health; gender-based violence prevention and treatment; nutrition; and water, sanitation and hygiene. We usually are available to provide information on the record or on background, often at short notice.
