At ServiceNow, Amanda leads the ServiceNow Speakers’ Bureau, which works to identify, pitch and place its C-level executives at strategic global events as speakers and panelists. The objective of the Speakers’ Bureau is to increase ServiceNow’s brand awareness and executive visibility, and drive messaging around the future of work, digital transformation, hypergrowth strategy, low code/no code and citizen developers, and the hybrid workforce.
Amanda also provides executive communications support to the CIO, Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, and she leads the Executive Sponsorship Program, engaging the executive leadership team and SVPs with ServiceNow’s top 100 customer executives on a regular and measurable cadence.
In addition to her regular responsibilities, Amanda is developing content and booking celebrity and CEO speakers for Bill McDermott’s Global CEO Summit, a thought leadership event where global CEOs will come together to engage in an active dialogue around the most critical issues facing leaders today.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Amanda built and led global customer advisory boards and executive sponsorship programs for NetApp and Avaya. At Cisco, she was program manager of the global customer advisory board, an executive communications manager with the partner organization, and later a community relations manager.
Before moving into the tech industry, Amanda served in corporate communications and public relations roles for McDonald’s Corporation, the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and the N.C. Biotechnology Center. She was also the chief of staff for a first lady of North Carolina and served in the press offices of two North Carolina governors.
Amanda attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication. She lives in Cary, NC, with her husband, two kids and their dog.
