Barbara O'Neill, Ph.D, CFP®, CRPC®, AFC, CHC, CFEd, CFCS, CPFFE, holds the rank of Distinguished Professor in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) and is Rutgers Cooperative Extension's Specialist in Financial Resource Management. Employed by Rutgers since 1978, she has provided national leadership for the Cooperative Extension programs Investing For Your Future and Small Steps to Health and Wealth™ for over a decade. She is also a member and 2016 Chair of the eXtension Financial Security for All Community of Practice, a multi-state team of Cooperative Extension family economics professionals.
