As we reviewed our survey, we really saw that hybrid work is going to be a reality for many organizations. Over half of the employees are actually expecting people to have some time in the office over the next three to six months. Even though some companies have pushed out their broad-based reopening dates, hybrid work is going to become a reality.3 September 2021
Our recommendation there is that companies need to get ahead of this and analyze the data. If they see pay gaps skewed around gender or ethnicity or generation for people performing the same job, that’s something they need to address. As you see from the data, it drives more retention risks.3 September 2021
