He serves as a trusted advisor to leaders at Fortune 500 companies, helping them see what matters to make smarter, data-driven decisions. He’s published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, most recently on data visualization in The Cambridge Handbook of Technology and Human Behavior, as well as Elevating Equity: The Real Story of Diversity and Inclusion with Josh Bersin.
He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Ph.D. in Social-Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
