He is passionate about driving operational excellence and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.

In 2002, Casey and his brother Don launched Aeroflow Healthcare, which has transformed the Home Medical Equipment industry. Today, Aeroflow Health stands out from its competitors by basing the entire model around ensuring excellent customer service by placing its customers in control of their healthcare journey through technology and an online adaptive equipment and service selection process. Casey has overseen and led the creation and growth of Aeroflow Mom & Baby, Motif Medical, Aeroflow Sleep, Aeroflow Urology, Aeroflow Diabetes as well as numerous other entities that operate under the Aeroflow Healthcare umbrella.
