I have been in residential real estate for 48 years consecutively, and have been involved in more than 1,600 total sales during that time. I am a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a CRB (Certified Residential Broker), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).

I am also a general contractor - builder, having built over 60 new homes for my clients over the past 43 years. I was awarded the designation of “Realtor Emeritus” by the National Association of REALTORS in December 2019 since I have more than 40 years of dedicated service to the industry. I also am licensed as a mortgage loan officer by the NMLS national clearinghouse.
