Cheryl is an Associate Professor of Economics at Villanova University. Her primary area of research and teaching is around issues facing women in the labor force. In addition to teaching and research she also serves on the steering committee for the Gender and Women's Studies Program and help to facilitate Wage Negotiation Workshops for women. From 2012 to 2021, she also served as the Director for the Villanova Women's Professional Network.
