Chery McCoglan is an author, podcaster, coach and wellness expert focused on helping others find their personal version of Ultimate Wellness. Her passion is sharing the benefits of whole foods based low-carb nutrition to create greater health.

She is the founder and editor of Heal Nourish Grow, an advanced nutrition, healthy lifestyle and ultimate wellness website. She helps others develop the confidence and habits to create lasting change and greater health by sharing her wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of experience in psychology, addictions studies, fitness, nutrition, yoga, health and wellness.
Helping others to reach their personal version of ultimate wellness is her passion. She takes a goals-based approach focused on changing habits to wellness coaching based on her client’s vision of their healthiest, most fulfilled life.

Her training is in clinical psychology and her professional expertise is based in content, marketing and international events. She has moderated and spoken at numerous tech, ecommerce, SEO, keto, health and yoga panel discussions, has led workshops and personal development seminars and acted as master of ceremonies for many international technology events.

Areas of expertise include content strategy and production, mindset/habits, public speaking, social media strategy, go to market strategy, content marketing, nutrition, healthy lifestyle and wellness, recipe development, SEO and event production and management.

Her first cookbook "Easy Weeknight Keto" was released early November 2021. Her second, "Grain-Free Cookbook for Beginners" with Rockridge Press will be released in July 2022 and her first book "21 Day Fat Loss Kickstart: Make Keto Easy, Take Diet Breaks and Still Lose Weight" is being released mid-April.
