Danielle Cooper has lived in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for over 40 years. Growing up and raising her own family in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire has given Danielle an advantage of knowing the communities and neighborhoods in Essex and Rockingham County. In addition to that knowledge, prior to embracing her passion for Real Estate, Danielle’s prior roles in Business and Education helped Danielle develop the knowledge and expertise needed to provide the best service to her clients that are buying and selling whether it’s in Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or across the state.
Danielle admits that the part that she likes best about being a Realtor, is working with first time home buyers and having the opportunity to see them achieve their dream of home ownership. Whether she is working with buyers that are searching for their new home, or clients that are marketing their current home for sale, Danielle enjoys meeting new people and helping them realize their dreams. Her prior experience in education and running her own business has been valuable in three key areas for Danielle and her clients: having strong negotiating skills to best represent her clients, knowing the importance of educating buyers and sellers and providing the best customer service possible!
Raising a family on her own, Danielle knows the importance of family and home ownership. Danielle has seen the struggles and successes of first time home buyers and is very familiar with the challenges most young families face when purchasing their first home. She enjoys the opportunity to help families with similar experiences or current challenges in finding a new home, and will work diligently to provide the best experience for her clients.
After spending several years living on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and enjoying all that it has to offer, Danielle has returned to Southern New Hampshire to enjoy more time doing what she loves most…spending time with family and friends.
