The mission of these 200 conversations was to gain a firm understanding of what smart business leaders are doing to address employee burnout as well as the gaps – what other business leaders are missing right now about retention and The Great Resignation.
Finding workable solutions must be top of mind, and one of the biggest challenges is honoring where, when, and how people are working, and then coordinating all the players. Everyone’s where, when, and how could be very different (e.g., multiple time zones, children, pets, stresses, etc.).
