Since earning my PhD in clinical psychology at California Graduate Institute, now Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I have worked in drug and alcohol treatment centers, hospital settings, colleges, eating disorder clinics, as well as in private practice.
People have enjoyed not having to commute and sit in traffic, the ability to spend more time with their families, and working from the comfort of their home. [They include] trying to balance work and home life—kids, laundry, cleaning—as well as lack of social interaction and brain fatigue from back-to-back virtual meetings.
