Dr. Jessica Rogers, associate dean of business at Southern New Hampshire University, carries a wealth of experience as a practitioner and professor, having taught both in the undergraduate and graduate space, teaching a variety of courses in management and marketing for over a decade. Dr. Rogers had over 16 years of field experience in operations, management, sales and marketing prior to transitioning into higher education. She also serves on several editorial boards.
Dr. Rogers earned both her BS and MS in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce; her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Northcentral University. She is also the author of “The Digital Marketing Landscape: Creating a Synergistic Consumer Experience” (2021), and continues to research the digital consumer experience, as well as organic social media marketing engagement and its intersection with brand loyalty and Gen X females.
