The expectation is that we’re to ‘go back to normal’ and readapt and readjust to a whole new world, post-COVID. This adaptation can be scary, anxiety-provoking. But what’s fascinating about human beings is our ability to adapt. We may feel anxious and fearful, but the vast majority of us will adapt to whatever the ‘new normal’ may be.26 May 2021
