Since joining BCG in 2005, Gideon has focused on large-scale transformations, primarily in operations strategy, supply chain, manufacturing and organization and culture. He has led global supply chain transformations and reorganizations in biopharma, created operational-excellence programs for manufacturing in pharmaceuticals and consumer goods companies, and driven supply chain optimization in retail.
