Greg Herring joined the Nashville Superspeedway in March of 2021 as the Director of Marketing, Communication, and Community Engagement, where he will be responsible for leading and developing strategic marketing, branding, and communication initiatives for our revitalized and resurgent NASCAR track and live event venue. For the past two years, Herring has served as the General Manager for Van Wagner Collegiate Services at Miami University (OH) where he was tasked with the launch and daily oversight of the multimedia rights agreement (campus marketing partnerships/sponsorship and media sales). Before returning to his alma mater, Herring served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Memphis Express in the only season of the Alliance of American Football. During the inaugural season, Herring orchestrated the brand launch in the local market and was responsible for the day-to-day marketing, advertising, digital media and public relations strategies.
