I am an immigrant, woman, first generation, from the inner-city and Black. With the “odds” associated with these particular demographics against me I experienced many of the obstacles and challenges experienced by members of these aspects of my identity. I spent my entire childhood working as hard as I could, so I could attract new opportunities and improve my quality of life. I now, pursue my passion by support underrepresented demographics in pivoting into their dream careers with strategies for vertical career transitions.
