Joe founded Hoppis Real Estate in Bellingham, WA in 2016 and quickly grew it to $20 million in annual transactions. In 2020, he converted his brokerage to Pairadime to focus solely on co-buying. Joe co-bought an investment property with his partner in 2017—and learned the importance of having a co-ownership agreement.
