As President of RRD’s Marketing Solutions and Business Services segments, John oversees the full portfolio of RRD’s businesses, from marketing programs that optimize customer engagement across online, offline and onsite channels to critical business communications used to service, inform and transact with those customers over time. John provides executive-level leadership and strategy to ensure RRD’s clients are better connected with their customers across the range of print and digital communications touchpoints. Most recently, John served as RRD’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
In a tumultuous and challenging year, consumers embraced traditional marketing methods as they sought to discover, research, and ultimately purchase from new brands.
