Katie has over six years of talent acquisition experience from both the corporate and agency recruitment environments. Her background in recruiting comes from a variety of industries including creative, marketing, sales, operations, IT and HR. She is also experienced in recruitment strategy development, candidate mentoring and development, as well as client management. Working alongside Jason Nemoy, she supports all direct-hire and temporary HR talent searches. She has finished her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, and her masterals in HR Development from Towson University.
