Katy is a Managing Director at ideas42, where she oversees the US financial health portfolio and related areas. Katy has more than 15 years of experience working across public and private sectors in economic development, finance, and behavioral design. At ideas42, she has led engagements applying behavioral science insights with financial institutions, fintech start-ups, colleges and universities, housing providers, and asset-building nonprofits. She previously advised institutional shareholders on mergers and acquisitions at Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia.
