Kirsten's expertise is personal decision-making. She uses what she's learned from her Yale Master's Degree plus years of training in stress regulation and positive psychology to help people stop overthinking, angsting & catastrophizing - so they can make clear-headed life choices based on what they want. She provides tools to effectively answer questions like "What's the right choice," "What do I really want" and "What if I get it wrong?" And she provides practices to change lifelong habits like indecision, option paralysis, people-pleasing & perfectionism. She teaches a 3-step process to uncomplicate decisions and trust you're choosing right. As an anxious overachiever who spent 10+ years in Theatre Stage Management, she's done her fair share of overworking while not loving how her decisions got made or all of their results. In her 6.5 years of Decision Coaching, she's empowered people to stop making decisions "the way they always have," finally feel in control of what they're choosing, and make more decisions in alignment with what they really want (no matter how it looks to anyone else).
