Kristen Pierce-Vreeke is the Executive Director of Austin Child Guidance Center and the first woman and person of color to serve in that capacity. She is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and supervisor and is passionate about supporting and advocating for the necessary resources and access to mental health services for all children and families in Central Texas. A principled servant leader, Kristen is a frequent speaker in the community on mental health topics, she hosts ACGC’s THRIVE: Building Resilient Families podcast, and believes strongly that the key to strengthening our communities lies in raising confident and empowered children.
