Lisa previously managed the operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy for a diversified holding company with portfolio companies in the financial services, asset management, automotive, entertainment and gaming industries. Lisa serves on the boards of American Express (NYSE: AXP), a Fortune 100 company, Lowe’s Home Improvement (NYSE: LOW), a Fortune 50 company, and the NBPA Inc.
