Matthew is the Business Owner at Mattenga's Pizzeria. He and his wife love hospitality, business, and helping young people find success in life thru excellence and diligence. Driven by their desire to bring families and friends together over delicious pies, Matthew along with his wife quit their jobs in 2014 and dove into the restaurant world without any prior experience.
We made the Santa Fe which was the 20 inch. That's our party size. It's very big. We came from New Mexico and had to have hatch green chili on a pizza. All the other places around did not have hatch green chile. It just makes a fabulous pizza.
Owning this business has never been easy. They worked 120 hours a week and made no profit for years before things turned around.
