Michael Roomberg, CFA, brings considerable expertise in the energy, infrastructure, and water sectors to the firm's portfolio management team. Previously he served as head of water/infrastructure equity research at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. in New York City, and at Jefferies as a research analyst. Michael began his career as a research associate at Boenning & Scattergood Inc., a financial services firm in greater Philadelphia, where he specialized in energy exploration & production, water utilities, and industrials. His views are sought regularly by such media as CNBC, CNN Money, MarketWatch, Reuters, The Wall Street Transcript, Bloomberg, and Wealth Management. Michael earned a BA in International Relations, Economics, and Finance from University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MBA with Honors from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
