Bio

Nasha Fitter is the VP of rare and neurological diseases at Ciitizen and the co-founder of the FOXG1 Research Foundation, is dedicated to advancing rare disease research through the use of health data as her own daughter Amara was diagnosed with a rare, debilitating neurological condition called FOXG1 syndrome. While rare diseases affect 1 in 20 people, only 5% have any treatments. She is spearheading Ciitizen’s rare disease practice to completely disrupt the way patient data is collected and made accessible for rare disease patients and how patients may share this information to advance further treatments.
