Paul Pagnotta, Manager of Pharmacy Operations and Clinical Services at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Mr. Pagnotta brings years of experience as a pharmacist in multiple settings including chain drug stores, independent pharmacy, and academia. Most recently, and for the past 15 years, Mr. Pagnotta has been the Co-owner of Four Corners Pharmacy, LLC in Delmar N.Y. where he maintained the business through direct involvement of operations, finances and community outreach and has also served several roles at the Rochester Drug Corporation including President of the Board.

However, some potential barriers may exist to administering the swab—for example, if someone cannot physically do so because of severe arthritis or a disability, he adds.
